How to Check CTVET 2024 Certificate II and Technical Exams

The CTVET Certificate II and Technical programs are competency-based training programs offered by the Commission for Technical and Vocational Educational and Training (CTVET) in Ghana. If you participated in the 2024 May/June Certificate II and Technical Exams conducted by the Commission for Technical and Vocational Educational and Training (CTVET), you can now check your results online. Here’s a quick guide to help you through the process:

Important Note: This guide applies only to the 2024 May/June exams. Results for other exam periods will be announced separately.

What you’ll need:

• Index Number: This is a unique identification number assigned to you during registration.
• Unique Reference Number: This number is also provided during registration.

Steps to Check Your Results:

1. Visit the CTVET website: https://ctvet.gov.gh/
2. Click on the “Results” tab located at the top of the homepage.
3. Under “May / June Results”, click on the “MayJune Portal” link.
4. Enter your Index Number and Unique Reference Number in the designated fields.
5. Click “Submit”.
6. Your results will be displayed on the screen.
